Cancellation Policy

PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING By selecting “I Agree,” I acknowledge that I am the participating athlete or, if the athlete is under 18, the athlete’s parent/legal guardian, and I agree to the following: ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand that athletic and fitness training involves inherent risks of injury. Atlanta Athlete Factory (“TAF”) activities may include sprinting, speed and agility training, strength and resistance training, weightlifting, plyometrics, jumping, change-of-direction drills, conditioning, treadmill/overspeed training, sled work, sport-specific drills, testing and other physical activities. Risks may include falls, strains, sprains, fractures, head injuries, collisions, equipment-related injuries, overexertion, dehydration, heat-related illness, serious injury, disability or death. I voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with participation. ALL TRAINING LOCATIONS This agreement applies to all TAF training and activities regardless of location, including TAF facilities, parks, fields, tracks, schools, gyms, recreation centers, rented facilities, camps, clinics and other public or private locations. I understand that off-site activities may involve additional risks including weather, heat, uneven or wet surfaces, traffic, pedestrians, animals, other athletes, third-party equipment and conditions outside TAF’s control. HEALTH & SAFETY I confirm that the participant is physically able to participate and will disclose known injuries, medical restrictions or physical limitations that may affect safe participation. The participant agrees to follow TAF staff instructions, use equipment properly and immediately report injuries or unusual symptoms. RELEASE OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, I release and waive claims against Atlanta Athlete Factory/The Athlete Factory, its operating entity, owners, employees, coaches, trainers, contractors, agents and representatives arising from participation in TAF activities, including claims involving ordinary negligence to the extent permitted by law. This release does not waive liability that cannot legally be waived. EMERGENCY CARE I authorize TAF staff to provide reasonable first aid, contact 911 and obtain emergency medical assistance when reasonably necessary. I accept responsibility for resulting medical expenses except where another party is legally responsible.
